Cancellation and Payment Terms – Papaya Chiki Curaçao Owners:

1. Rental and Lease
The parties hereby enter into a rental and lease agreement concerning the vacation home
located at Papaya Hill Resort 8B, Grote Berg, Curaçao, hereinafter referred to as the rented property, including inventory according to
the specified inventory list.

The rented property may be occupied by a maximum of 4 persons (+ possibly 1 small child up to 2 years of age).

The tenant is not permitted to sublet or allow others to use the rented property, either in whole or in part.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the rented property.

The rental price is the amount for the use of the vacation home, including use of fixed inventory.

Included in the rental price: bed linen, bath linen, and kitchen linen.

2. Rental period
The rental period begins at 3:00 p.m. and ends no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late check-out is possible in consultation with the managers for an additional fee of €100, if available.

3. Obligations of the Landlord
The landlord is obliged to make the rented property available to the tenant on the agreed date and time in
good condition.

4. Obligations of the tenant
The tenant is obliged to: Use the rented property properly. Leave the rented property neat,
clean, and tidy. Report any damage or defects to the manager immediately.
5. Electricity and water charges
The rental price does not include the use of electricity.​
